Check out these new compostable tree guards being used by City of Onkaparinga!

This is exciting!


We're all used to seeing the green plastic tree guards when new plants go into the ground but they often end up breaking up into micropastics in the soil or worse, blown into waterways.


The City of Onkaparinga is trialing a new type of tree guard for new plantings - a much more sustainable one. A compostable tree guard!
